欢迎加入ADRIANA女篮即兴约球局！我们希望通过定期组织女篮球局，创造更多便利打球的机会，凝聚业余女篮爱好者社群！

注意:本次即兴球局为收费球局，参加的队员需要提交50元报名费进行报名，如球局开始前24小时内取消，报名费不退；如有排队报名球友可以补上，报名费正常退还；

入场流程&入校指南： 
1.小程序报名球局并支付报名费；

2.进入&离开时间：由于学校管理要求，球局时间为19:30-21:30，19:15后凭借入校名单方可入校，
离开时间最晚为21:45；为此带来的不便请各位队员理解。入校和离校时都需在保安室登记签到。

3.小程序报名后需要通过二维码进行入校信息实名登记；

4.请携带运动水壶或盛水器皿，场馆外设置自助饮水机供大家使用；学校内没有运动饮料和瓶装水购买，如需请自行提前购买带入场馆；球馆内禁止携带流食（有汤水的食物），咖啡，奶茶， 饮料（功能性运动饮料除外）；

5. 学校范围内严禁吸烟，随地吐痰，吐口香糖，乱扔瓜果皮壳等垃圾，离开球馆需将垃圾带走；训练结束时请带走个人的所有物品；

6. 宠物：场馆不能携带宠物，请大家知悉；

7. 校内不允许停车，大家可以停在学校附近；

8. 请各位小伙伴入校后直接进入场馆，校园内禁止随意走动乱逛、拍照，谢谢配合。

Entry Procedure & Campus Access Guide

1.Register for the game and pay the participation fee via the mini-program.

2.Entry & Departure Time: Due to school management requirements, the pickup session is scheduled from 19:00 to 21:45. Entry is permitted only after 19:00 upon verification of campus registration. The latest departure time is 21:45. We appreciate your understanding regarding any inconvenience caused. All participants must sign in and out at the security office upon entry and departure. 

3.After registration, scan the QR code to complete the campus entry registration for real-name verification.

4.Please bring your own sports water bottle or container. A water dispenser is available outside the venue. Sports drinks and bottled water are not sold on campus—please purchase and bring your own if needed. Liquid foods (e.g., soups), coffee, milk tea, and beverages (except functional sports drinks) are prohibited inside the venue.

5.Smoking, spitting, chewing gum, littering (e.g., fruit peels/shells), and leaving trash are strictly prohibited on campus. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the venue.

6.Pets are not allowed in the venue.

7.Parking is not permitted on campus. Please park in the vicinity of the school. 

8.After entering the campus, proceed directly to the venue. Wandering around the campus, taking photos, or roaming is prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation.

本次即兴球局为全场5v5球局

*出于球局安全着想，所有参加球局的球员，应当在开打前自行充分热身，打球过程避免过大的动作和注意安全！ 
*个人指甲请提前修剪不宜过长，打球过程中请不要佩戴眼镜，保护自己和她人防止受伤。 
*球局组织者会携带六号球！并在球局间隙组织拍摄合影。请小伙伴们多多配合以及支持志愿组织者的工作。

Important Notes for Registered Participants:

Check in with the ADRIANA game organizer upon entry.

This pickup session will be played as full-court 5v5.

For Safety Considerations:

*All participants should warm up adequately before the game and avoid excessive physical contact during play to ensure safety.

*Please keep nails trimmed to an appropriate length and avoid wearing glasses during play to prevent injuries to yourself and others.

*Organizers will provide size 6 basketballs and arrange group photos during breaks. We appreciate your cooperation and support for our volunteer organizers.

取消制度：

1.大家尽量确认好有空再报名避免多次临时取消的情况。

2.自助取消截止时间为周一晚上19点30分。

3.若有小伙伴在球局开始前24小时内需要取消，报名费不退。 为了保证参与球局的小伙伴们的打球体验，全场5V5球局最多18名队员！请未报名成功请不要擅自前往场地参与即兴局。ADRIANA致力定期组织球局创造更多打球机会，我们诚挚欢迎积极参与后续的球局。

即兴球局的组织者并未给参与球局的队员购买保险。但篮球是竞技体育，我们也真诚建议每位报名参加球局的小伙伴自行购买保险保驾护航。郑重声明球局过程中如发生任何意外，组织者不承担任何连带责任。一经报名参加即兴球局的球员则视为默认本免责声明，其他未尽事宜组织者有权补充和保留最终解释权。

Cancellation Policy:

1、Please confirm your availability before registering to avoid frequent last-minute cancellations.

2、The self-service cancellation deadline is Monday at 19:30.

3、Cancellations made within 24 hours of the game start time are non-refundable. To ensure an optimal experience for all participants, the maximum number of players for the full-court 5v5 session is 18. Please do not attend without successful registration. ADRIANA is committed to organizing regular games to create more playing opportunities—we warmly welcome your active participation in future events.

参加即兴球局球员承诺：

1、本人身体健康，没有任何身体不适或不适合篮球运动的疾病，可以正常参加球局；参加球局期间，因本人健康原因或行为不当所产生的一切后果均由本人自负。

2、本人充分了解，参加赛事训练、比赛及有关活动面临潜在的危险，可能遭遇伤病甚至危及生命安全的事故，本人会竭尽所能，以对自己的安全负责任的态度参加球局。如果本人在参加球局过程中发现或注意到任何风险和潜在风险，本人将立刻终止参加或告知主办方。

3、我们在即兴球局的过程可能当中会进行拍摄，并发在我们的社交媒体进行宣传，请大家知晓。

4、请认真阅读耀中古北的的入校免责申明

本人已认真阅读并全面理解本保证书内容，且自愿报名参与篮球即兴局并承诺遵守以上承诺。

Disclaimer
The organizers of the pickup basketball game do not provide insurance coverage for participants. As basketball is a competitive sport, we sincerely recommend that every participant purchases personal insurance for protection. We hereby solemnly declare that the organizers shall not bear any liability for any accidents or injuries occurring during the game. By registering for the pickup game, participants are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this disclaimer. The organizers reserve the right to supplement these terms and retain final interpretation rights.

Participant Commitment

1、I confirm that I am in good health, with no medical conditions or discomfort unsuitable for basketball, and am fully capable of participating in the game. I accept sole responsibility for any consequences arising from health-related issues or improper conduct during the game.

2、I fully understand that participating in training, matches, and related activities involves potential risks, including the possibility of injury or life-threatening accidents. I will participate responsibly and prioritize my safety. If I notice any risks or potential hazards during the game, I will immediately cease participation or inform the organizers.

3、I acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the pickup game for promotional purposes on our social media platforms.

4、I have carefully read and understood the Yew Chung International School of Shanghai (Gubei Campus) Campus Entry Disclaimer.

I have thoroughly read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to the contents of this commitment letter. By registering for the pickup basketball game, I pledge to abide by the above commitments.
